Use at least twice a week. Spray the lotion on dry or damp hair from roots to ends. Do not rinse. Style as normal. Does not weigh the hair down. Ideally combine with Magnesium and Wheat proteins shampoo.

Been using it for a few weeks now and i feel as though my hair is softer and healthier. I even go out with this in my hair and no gel etc which is great! Don't think its going to cure hairloss but it definetley helps make hair stronger and healthier. I would say in my case im not getting hair in my hands when i run my hands through my hair. (Also using the equivelant shampoo)
